How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders placed before 8:30 AM are usually sent for printing from our warehouse on the same day on all working days (Mon-Sat).

Those placed later or on a Sunday or on Public holidays are processed and shipped out on the next working day.

Once shipped out from our warehouse in Delhi, deliveries usually happen within 5-7 working days depending on your location.

If your shipping address is in a remote area that is not easily accessible by regular courier companies, the delivery of your order may take a little longer.

In case of unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, natural disasters, acts of God or inter-galactic rioting, the delivery time may increase by a few days.

What if my order contains a Print on Demand (POD) product?

Face Masks, Phone cases, Coffee Mugs, DTG T-shirts, Coasters, Posters and Fridge Magnets are Print-on-demand products and are custom made for you once you place an order. These products usually take 3-6 working days (excluding Sundays and bank holidays) to be manufactured and shipped out from our warehouse. If your order contains a mix of POD and stocked products, the entire order will be shipped together once your POD products are ready.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an e-mail with your courier tracking link once your order is shipped out from our warehouse. You can also find the tracking information from your Order History page.

Do check your e-mail spam folder in case you can’t find the e-mail from us.

Are there any shipping charges?

  • All Prepaid orders above Rs. 699 enjoy Free Shipping all over India!
  • Shipping charges of Rs. 100 will apply to all orders below Rs. 699.
  • Cash On Delivery (COD) orders incur an additional handling charge of Rs. 100 per 500 grams (approximately 2 t-shirts). This amount is calculated based on your cart weight and displayed on the checkout page before you confirm your order

What if a product is currently out of stock in the size I want?

We usually replenish our stock as soon as possible. You can leave your email address in the dialogue box that pops up when you try to add an item that’s out of stock to your cart to receive an email notification as soon as it’s back in stock.

Do you ship internationally?

Yup, we do but only for prepaid orders.

Payment Related FAQs
Is it safe to make a Prepaid payment on Nuqaat?

Yes it is! While checking out, your actual payment transaction will be made with our partner Payment Gateway – Razorpay. This is well established and secure payment gateway that is widely used by various businesses across India. Nuqaat Studio does not capture, process or save any sensitive information.

How can I pay while checking out with a Prepaid order?

Our Payment Gateway partner accept UPI and all major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, American Express), Netbanking and Wallet options.

What is the normal flow for a Prepaid order?

Once you are done with the transaction on the Payment gateway, you will reach the Thank You page on Nuqaat Studio confirming that your order was successful.

Additionally, you will also receive an e-mail with your order information and an SMS with a confirmation message. Your order will then be processed and dispatched from our warehouse – you can read more details on our Delivery Information Page.

There was an error while completing the payment and the amount is debited from my account/card. Help?

Don’t worry! On rare occasions transactions can fail because of network issues between the Payment Gateway and the banks or your card operators. This may also happen if the Payment Gateway is experiencing high volumes as well.

Your money is absolutely safe and will either reach us or be refunded back to you by your bank.

What happens if Nuqaat Studio does receive the payment after a transaction error?

Our customer team reconciles received payments and will manually process your order on the next working day. You will receive an order confirmation e-mail once this happens. 

In case you experience an error during your transaction – you can mail us at orders@nuqaatstudio.com and we’ll be happy to help you out. Again, your payment is absolutely safe, so don’t worry.

Should I place another order in case the first attempt at a payment fails?

Yes, you can. In case the first payment goes through as well, we can refund it back to you. You can mail us at orders@nuqaatstudio.com and we’ll be happy to help you out.

Do you accept payments over UPI?

Yes we do – keep your VPA handy while checking out and you can make the payment using your preferred UPI app.

Are there any advantages of placing a Prepaid order instead of Cash on Delivery?

Yes! We offer Free Shipping across India for all Prepaid orders above Rs.599. Cash on Delivery orders incur an additional COD handling fee that is charged by our courier partners – these charges are displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order. 

In case of any Returns, Prepaid users have the option of receiving their funds back to their bank account/card/wallet whereas COD users will receive the amount only in the form of credits in their Nuqaat Wallet.

1 Credit is the equivalent of Rs.1.00 while making a purchase and can be utilised during the checkout process.

Nuqaat Credits are non-transferable. They cannot be transferred to any other Nuqaat account or be converted to Indian currency and transferred to your bank account.

Nuqaat Credits are solely the equivalent of store credit on www.nuqaatstudio.com  and should not be confused with any sort of banking or financial services.

Return & Refund Related FAQs
What is Nuqaat Studio’s Exchange Policy for T-shirts?

If you are unhappy with the product that you have received or need a size change, you can request a return for it from your Order Page (link).

Once the returned item(s) are received back, they will be checked and we will issue credits in your Nuqaat Wallet for the value of the products returned. (Cash on Delivery handling charges are non-refundable). You can then use these credits to place a new order.

Items will have to be unused and returned within 15 business days of delivery.

What sort of checks do you do for Returned products?

We check products to ensure that they are unused and in the same condition as they were when they were sent out to you. Clothing products with tags should have the brand tags intact, products with removed tags indicate usage and will not be accepted for returns.

How long will the return process take?

Once you request a return, we will arrange for the product to be picked up from your address. This Reverse Pickup facility is only available for pin codes supported for Reverse Pickups by our courier partners. You will need to keep the product(s) packed and ready for pick-up. We will issue credit for your return after it reaches our office and the products are verified. This process will take 7-10 business working days from the date of raising the return request.

What if my pin code is not supported for Reverse Pickups?

We request you to self-ship the product to us. We will credit your Nuqaat Wallet with credits worth Rs.100 in lieu of the shipping costs.

How do I self-ship the products?

Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

Do credits in my Nuqaat Wallet have an expiry date?

No – credits do not have any expiry date and can be used with a future order.

Can I get a refund in my bank account for a return?

Prepaid orders have the option of receiving refunds either in the form of credits in your Nuqaat wallet or back to the same Bank Account, Card or Wallet from which the original payment was made. Requests for bank transfers can only be made for up to 7 days from when the return is delivered.

Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will only be issued as credits in your Nuqaat wallet.

Can I return some products out of a larger order?

Yes, you can return a part of an order, but any discounts, coupons, or combo offers applied on your order will not be considered when processing these returns.

What is Nuqaat’s Exchange Policy for Boxer Shorts?

We do not accept Returns or Exchanges for inner wear in the interest of hygiene.

I have received a wrong/defective product. How do I proceed?

Please request a return for it from your Orders Page (link) and mention the error or defect in your order.

Can I cancel my order before it is Shipped out?

You can cancel your order from your Orders Page (link) if it has not yet been processed at our office. All orders are usually processed by 11 AM every working day. Orders containing Face Masks, DTG T-shirts, DTG Hoodies, DTG Pullovers, DTG Tank Tops, Posters, Mobile Covers, Coffee Mugs, Coasters and Fridge Magnets cannot be cancelled once these products have been manufactured as they are printed on demand.

Can I get a refund for my Prepaid order if I cancel it?

Yes, we can refund your Prepaid payment on request in case you have requested to cancel your order through the previously mentioned procedure.  Refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment within 10 working days.

Is there any limit on the number of times the same product can be returned?

Yes, the same product can’t be returned more than 2 times. We reserve the right to refuse a return in case of any abuse of the Returns process.
